You can return a product purchased on Monila within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The items must be returned intact, in the same condition in which they were received, with their labels and original packaging included. Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted. Please always refer to the contractual conditions that you can find on the website Terms&Conditions page.
Personalized, made-to-order products, vintage or fine jewelry cannot be returned, except for products that show obvious damage or are defective. For further information, see the Terms&Conditions page.
Once your return has been received, verified and accepted, you will be refunded through the payment method chosen at the time of purchase, including standard shipping costs (excluding costs for express shipping, gift wrapping or other additional expenses).
To start the return procedure go to Returned products section or contact our Customer Service by sending an e-mail to email@example.com within 14 calendar days from the date of product receipt (or in case of multiple products purchase, the day when you received the last product).
Monila uses different insurance solutions to make the returns procedure more effective. This is why we ask you to comply with the demands of the insurance company in the event of a file being opened. This will facilitate the speed and success of the return request.
